The little brothers and sisters are already in the Christmas Spirit this year! Talk about it being early. Yeah. Hope is playing the music all the time around the house. She is lighting candles. Today she stuck sticky snowflakes on the window! It DID spit snow today so I guess she felt like it was time. The thing is it’s been getting me into the Christmas Spirit early too! Aah!!! I have this thing that it has to be after Thanksgiving… and that is when I really will begin to allow myself to enjoy Christmas. I have plans to light my Christmas Candle. It smells like pine needles! I love it. I am looking forward to lighting it…. later. I went to Joann Fabrics with Mom the other day and found some of the CUTEST Green and Mulberry colored pillar candles. They have a swirly 3D design on them too and a ribbon tied around them. They were on clearance. So, of course, I got them. I have had a pillar holder in my room I got for 3 dollars last year. I finally filled it!
Yesterday, at church, I noticed while sitting there, that a girl I had been praying for for some time, walked into church. I was happy. I met with her before and she was very much in the grip of the enemy. I just happened to come across her in the hall after church and asked her how she was doing. She said she wanted to ask me a question. She wanted to know how she could be saved. I was so shocked and happy. I showed her how to become a Christian and she wanted to invite Jesus into her heart. I was so happy. God had won a victory in her life. I could see it in her eyes as she left.
That is the 3rd girl I have been able to lead to Jesus in this year! It seems God is bringing girls to me! I hope that He will continue to do so. It’s so happy and fulfilling to know that you can be such a part of God’s plan. Yet knowing it has nothing to do with me!
Yesterday was a good Sunday. It was a full Sunday and when it was time to sleep and slept well! I taught Sunday school and I so enjoy doing that. The little kids that come in are so cute and sweet and I just want to open up their hearts and put a love for Jesus in there! I really, really do. Yet I know God loves them more than I do and He is the one that will do that.
I sang a song and the choir backed me up! That was a neat experience. I really enjoyed that. As I sang the choir seemed to get louder and louder and than at the end of the song I was singing with all my might and they were too behind me .. it was a neat time of worshipping Jesus. I had a good day. Two things I love with all my heart…. singing and Jesus. Put those two together and you have powerful thing. You can hear it here… it was a little different from this one but… this is the song.
It’s so true! We all have the same needs of our hearts… some go to this some got to that to fill it up. But the ones who find Jesus… find it! Praise His Name.
Well, I am off to finish a scarf I am knitting. It’s getting to be the time I really need it!

I love you, Holly. Thanks for the good post. I loved the song with the choir Sunday. WOW. Sunday night’s was great, too.
