Alrighty! We have all heard the song on the cops show…”Bad Boys” (I have to admit I love that song… no I can’t give you a Bible verse on that I just do) ok!!! I wanted to talk a little about that and my thoughts on what makes girls like like the “bad boys” In reality God made us to be attracted to and like adventure, wild at heart guys that are passionate about Jesus!! All other badness leads to {GREAT} HEARTACHE. But watch the video for my thoughts and please share yours!

My Singing Ministry

At the age of three years old my Dad brought me up on stage and I sang my first song in church. I don’t even remember it. But, I love to sing to this day and I love to sing about Jesus. There is no better way for me to worship Jesus Christ my Creator than to sing my heart out to Him, alone in my car or in a worship service.

~ the wave ~ texture & volume

Today I did “The Wave”. I used my large three barrel curling iron. The main thing you want to remember is :
1. Texture.
It’s what makes this hair style. Have a non-sticky, texture cream is key! So, I am a product junky. And in all of my research and trying TONS of different product I have found that “Surface” has some great product. It is an all natural line of haircare. This one is called “Taffy Whip”. It actually smells just like taffy too! What you do is put a good amount in your hands and litarally clap your hands over your hair. I know it sounds crazy. But the little fibers and texture will evenly distribute over your hair giving you just the right amount of product on your hair! Do this before and after you three barrel it. On one side of my hair I just did the “taffy” after I had 3-barreled it and you can tell the other side has more texture. And held better! This will give you peicey, texture! Also, if you have bangs like, I just recently got… doing the same thing over your bangs and then peicing them out with your fingers gives them a nice texture too. Try it out!

There is so much junk, lies, wrong, sin in this world. We are constantly overwhelmed sin.. Right? It feels like it. Yet we as Christians are not overcome because we know the One who overcame. So, how do we fight against the evil current… by filling our minds with good truth. God said in Psalm 1.

Recently I have found that I good time to listen to my radio program by Nancy Lee Demoss “Revive Our Hearts”. I like to listen while I am getting ready for work in the morning. I put it on my iphone and laet it play while I put my makeup on or get dressed or do hair or whatever. You might be busy and have to work or you might have kids to take care of or whatever it is you might be busy. But you can make time to put God’s truth in you. And I believe that it’s so important to do this!

Sometimes it’s good to just be quiet before the Lord. Usually when I am on my way to work I pray or listen to my Christian music. I try to talk to the Lord. Sometimes I feel like I have to just fill the air with thanking God and praising Him and then asking for what I need. But lately I have found that sometimes I just want to be quiet before God. Just be there WITH God. I dont’ have to speak at all… because He knows my heart.

Psalm 1 God wants us to grow by the pure water of Truth today!
